Last updated: June 11, 2026. Privatereferral.com (“we”, “us”) runs a referral platform that lets businesses receive referrals from their clients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect: When you use a referral page, we collect your name and mobile phone number — both from people who create a referral link and people who are referred.
How we use it: To create your unique referral link; to send you a text message containing that link if you provide your number; to pass your name and phone number to the specific business you are referring to or referred to so they can contact you; and to protect our forms from spam.
Sharing your information: Participating businesses receive your name and phone number so they can follow up. We use trusted service providers including Twilio (to send SMS), Cloudflare Turnstile (to protect our forms from bots and spam — see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/application-services/terms/turnstile-privacy-addendum/), and WPX (website hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages: If you provide your mobile number, you may receive a text message containing your referral link. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention and your rights: We keep referral information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Cookies: We use a session cookie to keep business managers logged in to their dashboard. The referral forms do not require you to log in.
